The Art Therapy session provides media exploration, verbal and non-verbal expression using a variety of art materials. The individual will experience the art and create paintings,
sculptures, writings and drawings. The Art Therapy will address all areas of concern of the individual. The goal of the Art Therapy is to assist with the challenges that the
individual is facing and recognize how this may be impacting school, work and one's social life. The individual will identify triggers, feelings and emotions either verbally or non-verbally
through the art making. Together the therapist and individual will develop coping skills to assist the individual to manage his or her life better.
